Yeah, I was procrastinating until I had a solid game plan for the cyano, went to my LFS and then I was ready! I am super happy with it now!Nice, always worth a little elbow grease!
Post it to YouTube and share the link here. Or Instagram/Facebook.I just got a power head for the cyano, it is quite strong, I know that most of you won’t be able to open up these videos, if you can (I have also noticed I can open up the videos on a laptop) if you can open the videos is this too much flow for these coral?

Do the corals look like they're getting blasted? Most prefer to wave gently in the current with an occasional burst.I just got a power head for the cyano, it is quite strong, I know that most of you won’t be able to open up these videos, if you can (I have also noticed I can open up the videos on a laptop) if you can open the videos is this too much flow for these coral?

honestly Cloves, whatever, if it dies it diesThe Ricordea is probably the only one that looks a little "too much" but not overly. Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't start shrinking and closing. Hammer and Frogspawn look about perfect to my eyes. Cloves probably don't care - it's definitely not too much.
I was just a bit worried about the groggy and ricordia, now that you say it is all fine, I feel a lot betteri think they all look fine but do what @tbrown says
