Thanks for the info! I never thought of that. I'll do that next week when I get my bandsaw in. I wish I'd known this earlier cuz my bahama mama is now a little mountain and extremely difficult to cut  .

It is just easer to do everything if they grow flat out rather then horizontal then vertical. Lets keep this a jersey secrete just cut a thin layer of the tile right under the coral.

Messing around with my camera and new led strip. It makes the tank a little brighter and bluer but not too much of a change. Tank was leaning to white side before this was added. Nothing new except the my miami is growing a 5th eye.

Man that my Miami is freakishly stupid!!!! Haha people need to feed there corals... I had that single eye for a year...

That was cruel of you Lee. I should have called coral protective services on you :xd:. I can afford to feed my tank heavily because my algae eats up the excess nutrients pretty fast. I have to clean a lot more, change my filters, etc.. and yank the extra algae out by hand. Also have to do a weekly water change but it gives me results.

Just fed the tank and took a closer eye at all the pieces. As tiny as it is, the fnf goku has not only one eye but two. It's still so small that they actually might merge but we'll wait and see. The tiger lily look alike has definitely grown a second eye but it's not eating yet. Still has to develop more. The surprise of the night for me, besides the goku, is the Doomsday which has been coloring up nicely. That one is also tiny but there might be a second eye developing. I'll know for sure in a few days. The rainbow magic is still being stubborn at one eye though I am seeing slow and steady growth on it. That's it so far this week. Later all!

Man that sucks so bad I would love to see how fast that rising sun would have grown...

I've heard it's a slow grower. With eyes that big I assume it would take a while for them to grow out. We have one that has large eyes and even though it's grown a second one, it still needs to grow the body to support it.

And thanks Jai.

Newest addition to the growout. Thanks Travis for the nice piece of Disco Inferno. Just arrived and was cut last week so it's going to need a few weeks to color up. One eye right now but it's a big chunk and should start popping babies in no time. Enjoy!
