@VintageReefer I'm local to that area (globally speaking). I'm roughly an hour away and get over there in my work every couple of weeks. If you haven't gotten a resolution in a few days, drop me a PM and we can figure out the best path forward. Maybe a phone call from a local # etc? I'm willing to help if I can.
For the record, Franklin, NC wasn't hit with the full force of Helene. The vast majority of the damage was EAST of that area. In fact, Balsam Mtn (the county line between Haywood and Jackson County NC) was pretty much Night & Day from one side to the other and Franklin is on the "other/good" side of the mountain. Here in Haywood County we were flooded, mud slides, and devastation but on the other side of the mountain creeks flooded but that's pretty much it and Franklin is even further away and less damage, most likely.
Feel free to give me a shout if I can help.
