Switched to Benepets Reef Food. Seems like a much better quality food. No more phosphate spikes like reef roids. I spot feed as needed or broadcast. Corals love it.

Coral feast was alright too, better than reef roids for sure.

I Switched from Roids to Coral Frenzy. I like it. Similar to what you stated with Benepets Reef Food. Less Phosphates.

A little of everything. No one ever starved at the buffet. I moved away from reef roids.... just too many phosphates. I spot feed Benepets Reef Food twice a week and add a little to my food batch. What a difference. Pricey but awesome.

Time to restock the Apex AFS. One pellets and One Flakes. Both go off at 10 am. One on each side of tank. Meaty foods around 3-4pm. Feeding twice a day.

Hello Doostur, I was enjoying your build thread and I have a similar setup. I’m curious how effective you find your refugium? Waterbox has a fairly small Refugium and I noticed that you had both extra circulation in there as well as what looks like an H380. How often are you leveraging GFO to supplement your refugium? Thanks in advance!
