Generally any lighting that isn’t super bright. As far as bare bottom I wouldn’t know, having a fairly deep sand bed

Answers don't come in a bottle contrary to what people think. Good old fashioned live rock takes a long time to make. Dry rock is fine but I would say 2 years to be where I want it to be. I'll never start with dry rock again.
