Your water pressure at 65 is good.

If you add a 2nd resin chamber run them both with mixed bed. You will see the first burn up faster than the second. When the the first one goes out you swap it with the second chamber's resin and put the new resin in the second chamber. This way you get max use out of the resin.
This is what I have been doing. Second one gets a little color change some something gets through the first one.

I run cation first, then 3 mixed beds. I need to setup anion when the first mixed bed exhausts. I had aluminum in my single mixed bed only stage, so i setup the cation plus 2 more mixed beds. Havent ICPd the RO since.

If youre flushing, and still seeing 14tds after RO thats kinda high. I have 2 75gpd filmtecs in parallel. I flush and then see 7tds prior to hitting my resins.

Could also consider dropping to 1 micron sediment and carbon to aid in efficiency of RO.

Also as a resin exhausts it can release (osmosis) what it captured, back into the water. You typically don't want to wait until full color change in a final resin (or single resin) chamber.

relying on color change is a bad idea anyway. If the cation you get is the same as the one from BRS, it doesn't really color change. and in my anion, i get breakthrough long before color is completely changed. I have a TDS meter between each chamber so i can see what is going on and know when to change.

TDS resolution is 1 ppm. Most heavy metals are toxic at 20uG /ppb. Cleariy youre on top of things but to those not in the know or soley relying on TDS...
On another note im on my way to lfs

I'm fighting a GHA outbreak pretty bad. My TDS is zero but do you think it could be source water? I run a 5 stage but maybe need to add more
Figuring out your RODI is a must but it’s not going to remove the GHA. Do you have Mexican Turbo Snails (monster ones with like 2” shells) in the tank and a lot of them? An army of those monsters will devour the GHA! Emerald Crabs and Red Leg Hermits help as well but nothing like the snails. People like to say they are bad because they will die when they run out of food and foul up the tank but you can always remove some of them once the job is done. I’ve done the Fluco and Vibrant and other treatments which work to a point but nothing does a better job than those Mexican Turbo snails. Just my 2-cents but they were the dream removal squad for me and have kept it from ever coming back as well.

@CodyBot might have some insight on the DI resin.

I run 3 mixed bed resins now. I've been meaning to hook up a TDS between each stage.

Incoming is 200, output drops to 7 then 4 sometimes 2 after it has ran for a bit. I make a few hundred gallons a month and only swap resin 2 or 3 times a year.

Are yall running large resin canisters or the smaller tubes? I currently have 2 of the smaller tubes with color changing resin from BRS in them. System is rated for 150 gpd

Yes, plenty of cuc. I have about 12 turbos in now. I manually remove probably half a red solo cup full of gha every 2 days. I have no idea where the excess nutrients are coming from.
