Mine only lasts about 200 gallons or so. We range from 150 to 300 at tap most days here. Some people drink this water without a filter bleh

That makes me feel better but definitely need to switch to cation anion then di . Make sure you get them in the right order. Above may not be correct.

What tds after ro before di? Do you see rise when filter is stagnant under pressure. For example it 14tds. shut off last night read meter it said 200 before di this am.

The thing is you can't measure tds after each one has to be done after di mixed resin. The readings will be off.

I do too. I flush from 200 down to 14 tds before hand. Both membranes and water in line for 5 min or till tds mathes membrane and before di filter. I also flush first bit of di water.

Are you saying the TDS reading is 200 going into the membrane and then 14 out?

How many stages is your RODI?

When you say resin cart, is that a mixed bed resin versus seperate cation, anion and mixed bed?

1st question. No all wrong. I have 480 before membrane.i have 14 to 17 when flushing. When I stop flow of water I get a rise of up to 200 for some reason. Flush and everything is ok. Back down to 14 to 17 ppm .
I run a duel membrane 7 stage. 1 micron filters.
Yes when I say resin I refer to di mixed bed unless specifically saying anion or cation.

I was running a 5 stage but was having water quality issues even though tds said zero.

I’ve noticed my resin doesn’t last long either. TDS coming in ranges from 360-380. I run a 5 stage system but recently went with 2 resin cartridges as I was struggling to get to O TDS
