I think a million laughs were just heard on the 3D printing forum...Give them a chance to reply since it's still under warranty and see what the timeframe is.
Creality isn't a horrible company, but is a nightmare to deal with for support and warranty claims.
I'm actually going to contact Bambu, (new printer I want), and see if they can give me the discount bundle if I purchase separately.
Leave this paperweight alone till I get one of the warranties to cover the repair.
