Well all prints are on hold, my extruder just died.

I was hoping to have the second printer by now just for these reasons. Only 2,795 hours on this machine, but I'm not surprised.

I've already contacted support since it's still under warranty, but the question is, will it be weeks or a months to get it solved.

I also got an extended warranty, these are a waste and I rarely get them, but on things like this that I know they have issues, I sometimes do. Unfortunately it's still covered by the manufacturers warranty so they might not help till they reply, but I'm going to contact them anyways.

Third option, just purchase the part myself, about $80...
