FWS worth it, recommend it- noticeable pe difference. booster - never used.

i saw a noticeable difference in how corals base out using both FWS and Coral Boost. I had dormant corals that based out all things the same. I think Coral Boost alone may attribute to it and not FWS.

I went full dose and saw a crash in consumption. I dose half doses every other day of each. Alot of people noticed alarming levels of iodine using this combo, fair warning on that. I still use it because I do believe there to be noticeable benefits in my system, largely rapid basing.

What are your par levels under your cosmic? Mine are 400+ all the green that was there is gone except on new base. Mines really purple right now.

It should be about the same, 400's it's almost right below a xr-15. I think it was maybe 420ish when I read it with @Kasrift meter. I'll see if I can find my par map

Question about KZ 1-4: is it a choice between using 1-4 and eg All-For-Reef or AB+ or can one use both? KZ seems cryptic about its ingredients and can’t tell from online search whether products can be used in conjunction.

If it matters, I use KZ’s Coral Vitalizer and Amino Acids LPS.

This is the 1-4. I use it myself alongside ESV 2 part and ESV Mag

If i didnt see the benefit from fws and coral boost no shot id use their stuff if for no other reason the lack of transparency.
