Mine sit in about 190. Only dosing I do is 50mL of All-for-Reef and Kalk for alk/ca. I feed the tank 3 times per day with an Avast Plank that has Benepets mixed in and I feed the BRS coral food mix once or twice per week broadcast style.Around 250-300. All my goni’s are in my sps tank. NO3 20-25, P04 .1ish

I'm in the opposite camp, nitrates get sucked up quickly, in a week I can go from 20ppm to 5ppm. I dose every other day DIY solution.Nitrate changes slow for me but p04 gets eaten quick with sticks. I test p04 every few days....n03 weeklyish
