People have commented on this problem many times. There’s several threads on R2R with people’s issues on the subject. One big reason I didn’t buy one.

Noo-Psyche Shipping?
I ordered Noopsyche light back on January 6th through, https://noopsychereeflight.com/products/k7-saltwater-led-reef-coral-lights. I received confirmation email but it's still not shipped out. Anyone with experience with this remember how long it takes for them to ship it out? I emailed them...

Noo-Psyche Shipping?
I ordered Noopsyche light back on January 6th through, https://noopsychereeflight.com/products/k7-saltwater-led-reef-coral-lights. I received confirmation email but it's still not shipped out. Anyone with experience with this remember how long it takes for them to ship it out? I emailed them...
A few days before three weeks, having received no notification I contacted Zach B. He told me the light shipped from China and that he was waiting for the tracking number. Okay, great, thanks so much. A couple of days later: umm hello? Zach: waiting don’t have it yet. Me: ummm hello I have new corals in a new tank that arrived yesterday waiting for a light. I also then email Noopsyche. Zach: I passed along the message, Noopsyche said you should email them — or they can exercise the courtesy of replying to me. Or you know take some initiative.
Noopsyche then replies, “oh, we sent out the tracking number when we sent it to you.” I searched through my junk and delete folders and find nothing, so please send me the tracking info or at the very least tell me where the light is located so I can make plans to buy another one if needed.
I get an email from Noopsyche telling me what is the supposed USPS tracking number — except the the number IS NOT IN ANY FORMAT USED BY USPS and ‘lo and behold the website said it did not recognize the number.
HELLO NOOPSYCHE USPS SAID THE NUMBER YOU GAVE ME DOES NOT EXIST BUT YOU ALLEGEDLY CAN ACCESS THAT NUMBER SO YOU DO IT AND TELL ME WHERE THE LIGHT IS AND THE ETA.
No response. As such, I message Noopsyche and say to process a refund if the light has not been sent. Because I was willing to spend more money on AI blade or 16 rather than give them money at that point.
No response to that message but I later receive an automated message that my item was being shipped but when I checked the NEW tracking number the website indicated the postal service does not even have the light in its possession

TIMES IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED.
Upon receiving the notification, I asked them to mail the light via overnight given the inexplicable prolonged delay.
No response. The next day the USPS website still said it had not received the item — so that’s how much they (did)respect their customers. Finally received the light four days later.
NEVER AGAIN. It should not be so difficult or take so long just to tell me the item’s location. For a small or “for fun” tank, I rather try the marginally more expensive reef breeder pico or just suck it up and get a blade (or try a few other budget ones referenced in threads here).
