Looks like a sea slug of some kind (probably a nudibranch), though I couldn't say what kind from the microscope pics - regular pics of the full top/back, the full side, and some clear, relatively close up pics of the little "horns" (the rhinophores) on the head would be helpful there.
Maybe this?

Yeah, a Vayssierea species is a solid guess here - they feed on Spirorbid worms:
Vayssierea felis or another species in the genus (some of which are only distinguishable from V. felis by their radula - basically their teeth) is a good guess (these are the nudibranchs that are thought to eat Spirorbid worms).

If it is a Vayssierea species (and it looks like it may well be), then it would be harmless.
