You guys gota understand that both iphone and android do post processing. So just because youre not tweaking it, doesnt mean that the engine compoling the photo data isnt by default.
My biggest issue is determining with an orange filter, how much blue to put back in. I try to use my red cap as a guage, when it looks orange, theres too much white balance. This is different than both saturation and vibrance. You can over-highlight colors without adding saturation or vibrance, and can even back them out.

Even with orange filter I find my phone still doesn’t filter out enough blues sometimes. I have two iPhones, I prefer the older SE most of the time.

Getting a microscope is an eye opener. I haven’t really found any bugs that I can identify but it is not just the bugs, it’s other pest algae as well. Whatever algae is in my tank is under control and has been for a long time. I’m sure it is in there but I never see it. One common algae that I have never had is bubble algae and I really dont want to test it out either. If you look at SBB corals under a microscope, at least half of them have bubble algae, others have some lettuce looking algae, and about all of them have that strange hairy type algae you can’t even pluck off. I don’t have any of that in my system and I sure don’t want to introduce it either. Once I saw all that, no way they are going in my tank before being cut with the band saw and remounted on a new plug. If it is fully encrusted, I’ll cut through half the plug and superglue seal the cut edges.
