It was the request to change the feedback without checking to see if I had managed to save any of the items affected that pushed me from ambivalent to absolutely never going to buy again

Yeah they f me for 1k last order. 3 good pieces out of 10. Sold me a 40 dollar yuma for 250. Gave me 350 in credit back. And supposedly some good freebies on this order to win me back. Second chance? Invested 30 dollars on this one. Last chance!

AquaSD just called me - won’t ship my order

I’m kinda shocked at this. I won 3 ebay auctions from @AquaSD on Dec 21. My total was 59.50 - coral 40.00 - shipping 9.71 - tax Total 109.21. Was notified Via ebay message my order would ship Tuesday for 12/27 delivery and I thanked them Now it’s shipping day and I’m supposed to get them...

Yikes! I must say I've never had issues with AquaSD, but not all vendors are the same. Once they have your money you can either become a valued customer or a victim. it takes forever to build up trust, but one wrong issue that's handled poorly erases that trust in a matter of seconds.

To be fair, there are pretty crappy customers out there too, haha!
