So a couple days ago I decided to add more flow to the tank. Took the canister filter offline and used a Mighty Jet pump in its place. The canister was barely pushing any water flow anyways. I’ve been working on finding a good flow pattern with stronger pump and I’m finally about there I think. A few unhappy ones including my Amazeballs. Alive but hunkered down.

The idea is that you will do a video receiving your corals. You will document the package coming in and opening them and then showing them in your tank. My 2 head threw a head a couple weeks ago. I snipped and glued the split. Its crazy how bad they smell when dieing w/ BJD.

No other losses. Other head is happy as a clam so far. I hate torches.

My grandfather use to love telling us the story of him having 2 birthdays in one year.

He was returning from Korea, they celebrated his birthday but on the flight back, they crossed the international date line so they celebrated it again when they landed. He had the same watch and talked about having to wind it back a day.

No other losses. Other head is happy as a clam so far. I hate torches.

Yeah the smell was not great. I saw the tissue receding last week, so I moved it to my QT tank and started cipro. It was too late though and it turned to jelly

I suprisingly didnt touch this one with antibiotics. I just let it do its thing. Didnt even realize it was BJD till 3 days later. Figured it was just tossing the head but then i was like wait a minute i havent seen any tentacles....

Theyre cool as all hell but expensive. And then you just kind of hold your breath until it matures. Then one day you change flow by 1% and everything looks like its dieing.
