@andrewj1212 was that you talking about PE after WC beijg really good? I corrected my flouride, dosing iodine, manganese, iron almost daily, zinc weekly, and a light dose of a light "mix" every other day.

PE is great day/night now. Maybe the low flourine was the issue.

Premium is the way to go, the base rock I understand you can save a few bucks on but all the extras from the premium is just awesome.

I actually prefer Gulf Live Rock over KP. But I have used all 3 major vendors

Mixing some to get the shelf's you want or arches is fine. But the bulk being live definitely gives you the edge in the game.
