I'll start testing more often and see what the tank does. Have thought about automating it with a Trident but it sounds like some units really had some problems. Just using Hanna tester for now
I use the hanna tester as well.

Anybody have a favorite fish trap? Been trying to figure out poor PE in the display and ruled out light and flow so it has to be a fish. And PE is fine at night so again, a fish. I can take a frag from frag tank with full PE and put in display and PE is gone, put it back in frag tank and full PE is back. The corals still grow just fine and color is great but no PE ticks me off, I need my PE back! I’ve been watching and no fish is ‘eating’ the coral but the Red Stripe Eibli Angel likes to pick at anything and everything. When I watch him, he is mostly just picking at rock and coral bases but I’ve seen him nip at tips as well. Don’t know for sure if it is him but need to get him out. So first is the ‘small’ Eibli but the next one that may need to be moved would be the large Magnificent Foxface which is probably 10”. I’ve had him forever and he has been a model citizen but recently if he doesn’t get his nori, he seems to get ticked off and I’ve seen him rip a tip off an acro before. Long story short, I need the best and easiest fish trap. I was looking at that Nyos one that floats up but I think my glass is too thick for it. Says max 5/8” and my glass is 3/4” so may or may not work. What you all think?
