I test my alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium multiple times a day….well my trident does and I will sometimes look at the readings.

I manually test alk,cal, and mag whenever I change reagents in the trident so every 2 months. I test nitrate and phosphate and check salinity maybe once or twice a month.

I check Salinity twice a day, nitrate and phosphate twice a week, alk, cal, and mag once a week when I refill the dosers and calculate usage. Everything else gets checked quarterly with an ICP test.
