I have 2 165w over my 75, I am running them at 100 blue and have 1 white for a few hours a day. That white is strong! I think I read the 300 have a higher blue ratio. I'm thinking of getting a LED bar light to add to the front to increase blue and decrease shadowing.
A while back I customized some of these to run 220v with a custom spectrum. Still got them and a storm controller collecting dust because I have no basement 220 in the new house

I've thought about some quanta bars for when I get a new tank. At 14" I don't really have much shadowing but it's a lot of light over a 125. I run 78% blues all the time and 1% white for a couple hours. If I was more confident I would replace all the white leds with a different white led in them

Cool, I've considered modding mine, swap out some LEDs and add moonlights.

Speaking of 220, I just ran some for my welder and shore power for my camper. So glad my Dad taught me this stuff. LOL

One of my hammers is half retracted and its skeleton look like its splitting in half. Pretty sure this isnt what they look like when splitting new heads. Or is it? If not any idea what can be making it do this? It hasvt had anything hit it and it has been glued there for a while now

Pretty sure that's not splitting.

Received my Aqua rocks and got them ready for 8 SBB torches to get here at the end of the week! Not sure if the 5 frag holder is big or strong enough for 5 torches tho. The singles seem like they will work well. @Aquarocks

I have an 10 frag rock. Nothing huge in it but it holds 10 frags and my fatty Starry Blenny.

ETA The magnets are small and pretty sketchy but I have bumped it a couple of times and it jiggled but hasn't fallen off yet. It's 1/2" glass.

Maybe you need to put the blenny on a diet :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Thanks for the info. That makes me feel better about putting torches on the 5 frag rack. 3 more days!
