Just noticed how this SBB Golden Buddha is growing... Pretty crazy! Flesh band growing down and branching babies

Babies!!! I think usually they end up falling off or dying?? Something about not enough light. I have had a few octospawns do that….

How long do you guys run your lights at peak for? I'm doing some research and it seems to vary greatly
8:30am to 7pm
2hr ramp up and down
from 10:50-4:40 it does the saw thing with peaks going for 20mins and dips are 20mins

You. I hate you. I realized I didn’t buy the bacteria after all that. I just dumped the fresh water from the snails and urchins and the live rock. I’m kicking myself.
I love you to!

It’s ok you can do it tomorrow

Anyone running a garage tank? Trying to figure out how to combat rusting from salt of the tools and such in my garage.

I have an opportunity to get a 224g frag tank 72x48x15, but it’d have to go in the garage

Don't dip your tools in the tank. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Someone here I know has a couple garage tanks. I can't remember who.

I wouldn't think it would be an issue unless the tools were a few feet by the tank. The splash of saltwater would be the major problem. As far as the added humidity, I would play it by ear. If humidity becomes extreme, maybe add an exhaust fan.
