You’re brave ! Lmk if it works so many gorgeous butterflies like angelfish. I read you’re hoping you can tame them before coral.
That's the goal. I'm just hoping they'll get in habit of eating what I put in the tank and not what is lying around. There isn't much in there as far as coral so I think it's possible. May just be wishful thinking.

You have a large tank, I think that alone will help. They'll be less bored, have something to do besides snacking all day. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Was a gorgeous hellfire torch. Lasted 3 months and its flesh band had expanded a little, this one stings more. With bjd if it is. I’m assuming I should pull it out and trash it.

I use a combo of iodine, peroxide, Chemiclean, and reef primer. Let it sit for about 45 minutes. Repeat tomorrow. If it still looks bad the third day, do it again. Worked for several of mine.

You don't have much to lose and it beats throwing it in the trash.

Also, remove any dead tissue with a syringe or dropper.

Anything is possible with effort. The great thing is Masstick on coral they’ve eaten. I think we all try something against the grain. Most fish are great citizens when young it’s that adult phase that just makes us say “never again.”

Wishing you luck on this CBB though!
