I took live rock from my lfs and the second I dropped it I a bristle worm fell out. I grabbed it with a glove stared at it for a sec and said meh. Let it go in. Go little guy. Welcome to the thunder dome. My flame hawk fish and 6 line would love to speak to you about your cars extended warranty
My Halichoeres chrysus (yellow wrasse) eats the small ones who dare to show themselves during the day. He picks them up and throws them and then CHOMP!

Careful with algaefix it’s same as revive. Which has a bad rep round here

That said, I used revive for bubble algae and it did work. Bubble algae is the most resistant of algaes and it did take 2 months of dosing before I started to make progress but it did fix the issue in 3 months
When I start moving stuff to the new tank I think I’ll be scrubbing these rocks in a bath of salt water to manually remove the majority of the bubble algae.

Picked up the harlequin filefish as well as the dussumieri. Really excited to get the tang, I've been looking for quite awhile. I had emailed him and he said just to choose "pick up" and not pay additional shipping, love that.

Really nervous about the fish this time. Since the box came unmarked last time and I told him he really should mark it even if with a sharpie. I hope he marks it.
When I’ve gotten fish before the boxes clearly say “live fish”

Not sure if UPS actually noticed

Ypu can let corals acclimate in a separate tank for a few days before dipping and it's probably the best way. But...KCl is pretty gentle on corals so you can dip with confidence right out of the bag.

I have a feeling there is going to be so many coming in one day that I'll have to float half overnight and dip the next day. We'll see how it goes but last time I got an sbb order was when there was a ton of flooding and so I didn't have time to dip them all and had to float overnight. They did fine.

I've had bad luck with emeralds - out of 7 only one is still in the tank, the rest in succession kept going after one of my gonis and were banished to the sump.
I had a similar experience and stay away from crabs altogether. Guy at my lfs advises that if it has claws, stay away and I sway that way as well.

The most I had were 5 boxes in 1 day, corals, nudis, and cleaners,
