In all seriousness I feel your pain. Currently dealing with a herniated disc at C6/7. Worst pain I have ever been in with no relief available. It is as mentally taxing as it is physical. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I hope you find relief soon.
Having worked in rehabilitation hospital I had the advantage of working in all specialties. One being spinal for over a year. Probably where it all started....so I am at an advantage knowing what to do and what to expect....progress is good...I am just frustrated I'm not as young and able to heal on a dime as I used to.

Going back to work soon @robanister
Still got a crick in the rt and soreness in the middle. And buttock pain sooo. Maybe by tues that will get better. Of it does and I can get up to 2 miles a day then I think I can go back for partial days with restrictions. Probably 2 weeks after if all is good.

dang bro. What do you do for a living. Serious question. Not that I have a poor paying job but two cars house and two kids really put a damper on my thrift cash . Life of a government worker. Oh well.

@wjm6449 telegraham has a background with electronics. May be beneficial to engage with him your thoughts on the device you wanted to experiment with for the helix. He can likely point you in the best economical direction as well as prevent anything bad from happening upon recieving your new light.
@telegraham okay here it goes. I am limited in electrical knowledge and honestly most going ons with reefing as I’m at an intermediate stage… that said I have wired my house before.

Anyway that said was yes I purchased a helix, I’m aware that it’s a 0-10 control knob with dimming capability. Because of that I saw the kasa outdoor dimmer switch and thought well, one if I can have the dimmer switch wireless dim (sunrise sunset) on the helix why not. That said no one seems 100% sure, even the manufacturer. Worst case if it is stupid I’ll make it an automated on off switch for the lights, BUT if it actually can function as I envision. It, it would be quite a game changer for quite a few folk.

Well I'm sure I probably have a few years on you but I don't accrue credit card debt. Put 20% of all wages into savings. Do side jobs for added income. Payed off my mortgage by being thrifty and making sacrifices. So now it's only food, utilities, insurance, and coral/fun money :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
