Just curious, why do you photograph in white light?

Sure do. I only have an hour of blues or so each day.

I was wondering. I didn't put the two together and so I'm just thinking "does he really like those white lights?" lol. I am a true blonde but I can do maths really well.

No those light are ocean revive 247's and don't have those options. Really old but super efficient. They don't make them anymore

I have two of the longer ones on the 450 and two of the supplemental rb light bars - uv and blue, I keep the light bars at 20%.

How do you like the rb bars. I wanted to add a bar and the helix is top of the line but I love how the rb bars integrate into the light

So long story short. Doesn’t know his controller, it won’t work well utilizing the dimmer - but could work but could fry the light too. More than likely fine utilized as an on off timer switch.

Helix? I like them but they're really strong like the rest of rb lights so I'm taking it slow. I do love the aesthetic though, they look sharp and clean next to the photons. I'll post a pic when I get home.

Just glancing at them, they're VERY similar to the rb light bars - I'll post a pic later. Much cheaper than what I paid.

Had to look up the price

Won it from their eBay account for 52$ and paid 50 sh. No regrets

it’s really nice and they told me they fragged it and grew it out themselves until they felt it was large enough to sell.

I would buy from them again

Their shop alone is a jaw dropper. You should follow their Facebook page. They have bi-daily updates and updates on their ‘rare’ fish that just came in. I for a solid two months went there weekly. They make their staff go through trainings just in order to sell. really a top notch joint.

Its very straightforward. You dont dim a PSUs input voltage when the PSU has an output 0-10v dimmer on it. Theres a $30 bluetooth controller available. I think you could dim input voltage with a PWM dimmer.
