I dip everything in reef primer (KCl base) followed by KFC, which has Cipro, amoxicillin, and Chemiclean. I just lost two torches in the past month to BJD, my first since the crash. The first one was an SBB bright AF HG because I ripped about half the polyps off with a siphon because I was an idiot not thinking about the consequences of my actions and the second was an SBB nickelodeon that I didn't know what happened.
So, what I'm taking away from this is that it's just going to happen and that I'm going to keep aiming for stability, healthy biome, and healthy coral. I will continue my prophylactic KFC dip and running UV.
