I'm considering jumping in on some of those lps. Have you ordered from them before?
I just order before sale and have before . Depends what your getting. I already bought all the good yumas till price drops or something new. Haven't ordered a clam but good price and real nice. Considering.

Things are looking pretty happy this afternoon. Redsea reefled 50 on the 23k program with a 20k filter and letting white balance auto adjust on my pixel 8 pro.

That's an ASDHG, lower left, beside the SBB bright AF HG, upper right. Top left was supposed to be an OGHG from a FB razzle. Bottom right is an SBB Goldpool and tips of a nickelodeon.

SBB nickelodeon, goldylocks HG, Aqua Grail from left to right. The giant HG in the back is from Long Island Corals. SBB 99 bananas to its left.

SBB Dr strange down beside the uranium bounce with a random 24k behind it. SBB24k and 99 Bananas in the same frame. Out of focus CC21 tails top left foreground.

ASDHG beside an SBB 24k. SBB Black panther, goldylocks hg, brightAFHG princess peach in the background. Little tiny piece of an SBB 99 bananas on the left rockwork.

Can see a cc21 tails on the right foreground beside an SBB no name.

Thanks. That’s what I’m looking at. How to add a new structure that will have stability, but also have to be a stand alone structure because there is really no way to brace it against the existing rocks without totally destroying that big montipora coral on the lower ledge. Some of it will probably die, but I think I can build it such that enough light will still get to it. The base rocks will be about 12-14” apart (small tripod) which should give it good stability. Three base rocks with a flat ledge rock on top. The height will be about 13-14” which should be about 350 PAR. The monti ran out of rock surface last year and has just continued to plate out bigger and bigger. I may just break off the flange areas and find other places in the tank for them. It’s a JF Frankie’s Hot Pink Rim Monti. Really like it, but it’s taking up too much space now.

2 or 3 flat bottom base rocks and 1 big flat shelf rock is exactly what I was thinking.

Could have turned out better, could have turned out worse. But overall for a first cabinet build I’m pretty pleased

If you want me to nitpick there's a gap on the bottom middle door.

Ran my weekly tests today. Alk was 10.4 and PO4 is at .25. I knew PO4 was a little high as I had to turn the GFO reactor off for a while when fighting a cyano outbreak. Good news is the red nasty is gone and now I can slowly bring PO4 back down. Corals don’t seem to mind the higher phos though, so that’s a plus.

Anyone tried the Apogee SQ-420X par meter?

Saw one for sale in the classifieds and figured it might be nice to have

Is that appliance epoxy spray paint? That stuff is so fire, use it on my boat stuff alot, even wire brushed and hit my gaff tip that was rusting with it.
