Got married and hubby and I bought a larger one for $335K and now $600K. Will have it pay off this year after 12ys. both tax ins is about $2500 each due to larger and more posh neighboorhood. Both int was at 4%

And I hate the mortgage insurance if down pay is less. What's why I I had 20% down payment on the 1st home, and hubby and I had 25% down when we bought the 2nd one after we got married.
