What is the reccomended frag plug material now? I have received ceramic and some other,crazy hard-can't-snip-off plug type material.

Got some torch and frogspawn to frag up.

Sadly they will be back, but I've noticed the peppermint shrimp eat the small ones, so maybe they will help. Probably need a few more.
