No going to Aruba curaçao and 2 places in the Dominican

Curacao was nice too, we did not do much on that stop except the feed the sharks gig, they are nurse sharks but really cool to see them face to face (glass in between) and feed them. You could feel the suction of them taking the sardine. Was also cool to swim with the puffers.

And it was St. thomas with the amazing beaches, not St. Martin. Its been a long time since I have been.

We may go swim with turtles there and see flamingos.

I wish but we aren’t going there. I did one in Belize before and we hardly caught anything

Aw the DR is some of the most epic fishing but you gota drop some coin on a real charter, some of the best marlin fishing in the world.

Did my honeymoon in hawaii last year and stuck the wife in the spa and solo'd a charter there - was in acres of porpoises, birds smashing bait, caught 5 or so yellowfin tuna, biggest at 128lbs.

That truly was an epic day. Up there with the day my son was born and my first box of SBB coral.

Def should have. They have to go quite a bit out to get to them where I live in Delaware

Im from up that way originally. The canyons are a 40-60mile haul IIRC. I trailer my boat to west coast florida and run 45 out in the gulf a few times per year. Crush big snapper and grouper. East coast gulf streams so close never really lose sight of land. But tons of pressure, fisheries beat up bad.

Costa rica is a hotspot for fishing too, hoping to do that in the near future.
