Flip those plugs upside down and mount them that way...creates way more room. Or get @stoney7713 to make you some plug holder spikes and drill some holes in the rock and stack them in that way

I like big gnarly bases ngl. My modular marine overflow box shipped today. Waiting for tracking. Going to drill the acrylic this evening or tmrw and get the tank built/glued this weekend. Still need to do stand, hopefully have the frag boi live by next week.

This is how a LFS told me to mount the frags I got from them. Said it gets them to flare at the edge of the plug and then grow down the stem.

Ive seen them in my LFS tanks like that, two plugs together and the frag at the tip of the top stem. Never thought about the why. My tri-color valida is going to need to calm down, or the frag tank wont be empty long.

Well it’ll have frags in it. So it’s a frag tank. Just they’ll all be SBB ones

I mean even if a torch for example has 2 or more heads, as long as it ships on a plug it’s a frag, right? Or an Acro colony, ships on a plug, hence it’s a frag even if it’s 3 by 3 in size…
