I have no problem finding them, though I’ll definitely try out the hats. They’re big purple lunkers. This one is actually slightly smaller than the other one have.

I have a Halloween and a blue tuxedo. They blend in sometimes. It's sad though, my Halloween urchin is growing and loves nori, the tuxedo is shrinking, I can't get it to eat nori.

They grow/shrink due to availability of their food source.

This is what puts me off from getting them. Also the fact once the aiptasia are gone so are they. For now I keep up manual control of the things.
I agree with @billyocean that you could probably resell them, however collection is hard. I've been trying to collect some other tiny nudis for Bourbonreefer.

I think a safe bet so you don't have to buy them again is to do a deal with your LFS as a trade in and future free berghia from them if a population is established. I feel like a store would have endless aiptasia.

Well, pulled the princess peach frogspawn out of the tank. After lights came on, I could see the top head starting to have bailout also. Once I grabbed it by the base to pull it out, the top came off more, and the bottom one fell apart some.

Will continue to monitor and hopefully have no other issues. Only the second LPS to have bailout like that on us. The other was the big pink hammer we had also (3 or 4 months ago). One day completely puffy and happy, next day complete bailout with no reason why. Nothing else effected, hopefully the same this time.

Sorry about that. I’ve had similar experience from both hammers and torches. They seem more willing to abandon ship than other corals that I’ve kept.

Good Question. Haven’t heard from on the forum since he had gotten the new flappy like Stateline said.
Can't blame him... if I had two happy flappy sea pancakes all I would do all day is feed them and pet them like the good ocean puppies that they are. I would have little ray shaped beach balls.

Speaking of, where has @pandaparties been hiding?

I'm pretty sure he had a tank crash and lost almost everything. Not sure if it was just corals or other livestock too. Hopefully he checks in soon and lets us know he's doing ok! @pandaparties we miss you, check in with us! lol

Edit: looks like it wasn't a crash but polyclad flatworms that took out some corals. His last post was almost a month ago! Hopefully all is well @pandaparties !

Here's what I've done to adjust lighting on my Viparspectra lights. Painters tape on some of the white LEDs.
