John has supplied all my base rock and CuC for years now. I Saw the smaller conchs. I have a tiger conch and really wasn’t sure how they would mix.

I remember the first time I went to his website and was shocked by how many snails he recommended for my size system. I was thinking he was crazy so I ordered enough for a tank 1/3 my size. Eventually I got it through my head he wasn't crazy and I just didn't know enough. Now I do refresher packs from him at 100 to 150 snails at a shot.

I know! Same here. All totaled, 128+ went in the tank today.

I was long overdue!

Gonna fire up the Skimz reactor.

I’ve been dosing 10-12ml of homemade nopox for a long time.

It would be nice to have the reactor take care of it so this may be tricky.

I feed 2 rounds of pellet mix, 1/4 sheet of nori, and a generous portion of homemade live food.

I’m not sure the reactor can handle it all, but we’re gonna see!

So last night I fed the tank and all were present and accounted for.

I always look over everyone and everything.

Everyone ate and was active and healthy looking.

About 30 minutes later, I found one of my red lined cardinals in an acan

I doubt the acan killed the poor guy.

I don’t have a clue
