Greyhound, ex racer from Tijuana. Lazy times infinity, but a good girl.
Beautiful, they have a rescue up here for greyhounds from racing. It’s nice to know they get a good home.

I used to foster Spanish greyhounds (galgos) in Spain. Great dogs if you don't mind a couch potato.

Honestly, I would go with a new light for half the price rather than a used one. I run 5 K7 pros on my system and absolutely love them, as do my coral (SPS). As mentioned, the app is a bit of a pain to get used to, but once you play with it a bit, it is actually quite intuitive.

Can't go wrong with either. A new K7 pro will give you at least a year of warranty, though. They do a good job, too.
Would you do one or two K7 Pro III's? Or one Reefi Uno 2.0?

I don't have any experience with the Reefi Uno 2.0, but hear it's a beast of an LED. No idea what the coverage is, though. For the K7 Minis, I like to cover a 12" length x 12-18" width area. For the Pros, I'd probably be aiming for 18" x 18" area. So depending on how big your cube is (24x24x24?), you could put 2 K7 pros on. Having them apart angled slightly in might give a great coverage--not sure. Cubes are harder to plan for since getting good front-to-back coverage is more difficult.

Yeah...I have always like the looks of cubes, but this is my first and my last cube! They are hard to light evenly and have zero storage underneath for other equipment. I already want to move to a different tank, but don't have the finances to do so, so I have to make the best of it for now.

Orrrrr... throw caution to the wind and get that big tank you've been dreaming of! Hey, we're all here to help each other make questionable decisions.

Honestly, my dream tank right now isn't all that big, it would be an AIO similar to yours...40-100 gallons or so.
K7 pro? Just 1
Yeah, the Pro. I asked another reefer about it (telegraham) and he told me I'd need more than one. But I know you have first hand experience with them as you run them over your tank. I was originally going to get one and then possibly 2-24" quanta meso bars down the road if I needed a little more umph.

Honestly, 1 is just fine. They are extremely powerful lights. Don't confuse inexpensive with "cheap". Depending on your aquascape, as with all LEDs, you may get some shading. That will hold true for any fixture.

For now you'd be fine with just the one K7 Pro. Your most challenging coral so far is a torch, so one K7 Pro will be more than enough to cover everything in your tank (the need to fill up all that real estate is another matter). Plenty of time to get a second one if/when you need it.

@08TRDOFFROAD this is true. Your corals will start growing and shading too. Think of it as an opportunity to expand your NPS coral collection

I had 3 over my 6' * 18" tank. Currently I have 2 over my 3' * 20" tank. I'm getting ready to set up a 4' * 18" tank that'll have 2 over it.

Frag tank is looking squeaky clean! What is that mound shaped coral in the middle?
Thanks! When I set up tanks, I don't do uglies... I clean the glass once a week.
Last year I wanted some Meteor Shower (it might be longer than that) Chris over at LAX aquarium had a Buddha covered in one and I put it on a rock to so it can spread. The lumpy part is the buddha, now just a lump...
