An achilles will fit in a TSA approved container for just one little flight, right?
the container can be big enough to give the fish what it needs, and fit under the seat in front of you. show up early and tell them you're flying with an animal that can't get scanned.
Obviously your Doctors did not know what I do or lacked my skills...
I am not a doctor in real life, but I play one on the forums ;)
as long as you stay at a holiday inn express sometimes, you should be fine.

No, no, Travelodge is where things go down. Have I not told you about my Travelodge stop in New Mexico? Of course I haven't. Brace yourself folks, the imagery is about to leave you feeling sticky and gross.

As gross as the NM Travelodge was (I still have my organs, btw, not sure about some other dude, though), the grossest room I've ever been given was at the Renaissance in Washington DC.

"Your room is ready, Sir."

"Thanks, been a long flight! Can't wait to relax in this fine establishment. Wonder if there will be chocolates waiting for me!"

Ding step step step roll roll keycard swipe ominous door creaking

"Wait a second, something ain't right here. Oh no! Uh uh, oh Hades no! NOPE!"

Door slam step step roll roll ding tap tap tap ding step step roll roll

"Sir, may I help you?"

"Yes, I need another room. Someone Amber Hearded all over my room before I got there. There's an Amber Heard trail from the unflushed toilet, the seat, the floor all the way to BOTH beds and I didn't look under the bunched up brown sheets--you usually use white sheets, no?--whatever, nasty sheets to confirm. Gonna need a new room."

I think we tried to stay at that one on our way to Missouri one time. They had a trifold closet door tied to the wall for the bathroom door with a shoelace for the handle and lock. We walked out of the room to go back to the office and the drug deal happening behind the dumpster about 15' from our door paused to look at us, and then kept on dealing...

I thought I'd seen everything the first time I stayed in London at The Shelbourne, where the toilet, shower and sink were all conveniently placed in the same 4'x4' room, thus allowing you to complete all three if your bathroom necessities at once. But while I won't be paying a visit to The Shelbourne again, I'll be flooring it past the NM Travelodge.

Any shower allows all three at once :grinning-squinting-face:

I unfortunately seem to be missing the picture of the termites eating through the stairs of my London hotel a few years ago.
Ah, another reason I was never able to have an aquyin my London flat: floor was on about a maybe 4-5 degree grade. On the plus side, kept my head on the higher side and never had acid reflux!

I'm assuming that aquyin means aquarium in?

When I moved into my ( I don’t know what to call the accommodation, imagine a two studio apartments that are one house) had a backed up shower and sink drain with sulfur bacteria that reeked so bad and also meant I couldn’t shower for months until I managed to get my hands on a ton of drain cleaner and a toilet plunger. Miss my old place though.

Went to the office yesterday for some maintenance.

First, cleaned my "trolls"

Then mounted the birsdnest and monti frags from the sand bed

Found a new baby shroom floating around and returned it to Mama
1725208635267.jpeg

Cleaned up the algae growing on the scoly and fed the scoly. Scoly and Blasto are in ICU corner of the tank.

Pink birdsnest still growing like crazy, but the branching cyphastrea is getting a bubble algae invasion. Might have to frag off a clean bit and grow out separately.

I just get in there with a dental pick and do the 1/4 -3/8 inch siphon. Works good enough that the emeralds can get in there. Be sure to blow out the birdsnest. They tend to get Valonia in the crook of it.
