My little sis had an operation that they put tiny tubes in her ears so she could equalize her ears as a child.
I got a drill bit and some 3/16 airline... We could give it a try... :thinking-face:
Already had that done. Tubes in the left side went horribly wrong. I can hear just fine--my wife may disagree--but docs can still see the scar tissue on the eardrum and my attempts to equalize pressure just send a string of bubbles out of my left ear and its still painful as hell below about a meter. Two max.

Against regulations. Can only be 3' total including the net.
That's where we take a lesson from nature and engineer... the slingjaw net!

I'm talking with an ENT about getting my eustacian tubes dilated so I can equalize more easily. I already dive but have a heeeelluva time equalizing. I've ruptured twice

Not to be confused with "tubes in the eardrums" so many of us had as kids.

Obviously your Doctors did not know what I do or lacked my skills...
I am not a doctor in real life, but I play one on the forums ;)

YES! I usually just put on swimming goggle and go swimming, but I sometimes use the snorkel, too. I can't swim down very far. Might make it hard to catch fish, hmm.

Maybe use some super glue to make sure they don't fall out?

Maybe we can attach a float to a long airline and I can get oxygen through my ears.

At this point it might be better to consider just draining the ocean

I LOVE this idea. I'll need some help though from #Cronies if we're going to do a full ocean rip clean! Exactly what we need to do, and it's about bloody time!!
