I think my clownfish may have fungus

I’ve had my juvenile clownfish for 4 days now and all my test come out at zero with a ph of 8.2 and but the smaller one seems to have some kind of cloudiness on his fins and his tail seems to bo a bit torn although not positive. They are not patches it’s just some clodiness that I noticed on his tail fin and a little on his top fin he still swims around and goes for food and is not gasping for air but does stay in the top part of it. My other slightly larger clownfish is doing fine it’s chases the smaller one around at times. Is this a fungus on my fish that’s is just starting and if so how can I treat it or is it something else I need to worry about. I attached pictures

The chasing and the nipped fin is likely from normal aggression and the fish determining their hierarchy. Let's see if we can get some help for you and your fish about the cloudiness in the fins.

Agree. It's likely that the larger is fighting the smaller in a dominance display. The cloudyness in the fins could be injury and regrowth of the fin. Are you running any medications?

If the rips in the fins are from aggressive behavior, they could develop a bacterial infection. Could.

Healthy fish with this should heal quickly with quality foods offered.

Keep a close eye on that aggression, if it doesn't subside, it may not allow for healing and you may have to separate them.

Thanks for the responses and I have since seen that it was just the fins being torn that made them look cloudy I have since separated them and put each in a 20 gallon and both seem to be doing fine
