So me I don’t want to precharged $500 at my LPS so I started looking for a sub 100-$200 par meter So I looked at a few and the one I did see did not have good review so I took a chance and I grabbed this at $100 on sale at the time (currently at 150)( https://a.co/d/1XK3sMS ) and tested for par with it for 6 months and me personally I’m not disappointed with the product now don’t quote me but the par reading seems to be correct because of the growth I am seeing in my tank I was aiming for 300 on top 150-170 in the middles and 50-100 on the sand bed due to the corals and anemone I’m growing so i tested it (haven’t tested it against a high end par meter mind you) and the par meter showed me that I was correct in my light placement and it kept reading the same range of numbers in them area. Now it is different in places due to flow but to me it seems pretty accurate for such a low price I would personally recommend to people for the price point and the accuracy based off constantly same range of numbers for the last 6months and tested every 2 weeks for par just to test the product out
