Looks like you’ve got a fairly uncommon one too, it seems to be Hoplolatilus cuniculus which IMO is underrated as they’re one of the more personable species in the genus (Although, chlupatyi is possibly the most personable in the genus once settled and thriving).

Interesting it was sold to me as a starki but is obviously not that. It’s a dolphin grey with blue eyes and blue accents on the fins.

I’m getting deployed to Hawaii for a few weeks. Which is very exciting but of course will have to worry about the tanks. Got good sitters but if my plumbing fails again….

Really need to think about upgrading to a drilled tank.

Of course. Just going to Hawaii. I was deployed to Ohio in March. This one will be a lot more work but you know how addicted I am to this forum.

I got good people looking after my tank. Its my fault for choosing a terrible system for an overflow.


On the other hand I can hopefully get some time off and see some of the fish I can't put in my tank.
