Not often you find another loadmaster..im a c130 load. Might go C17s if I swap bases
I was working with the ground handler and got a very lucky break into the world of veing a loadmaster. The company I work for seen hidden talents in me and gave me a shot. Been loving it ever since.

I am always interested in people career choice. I am wondering how many here are actually in the field we love, fishes.

I am a claims adjuster. I have been a manager, supervisor, and adjuster for 20+ years. It is constant source of conflict and stress.

What do you folks do and how do you like it?

(Anyone have a job for me in NC?):)

I work in the car business (with a luxury manufacturer) and am on the board of a cannabis company and a veteran non-profit. :)

Wish I could work with fishies on the daily! When my husband and I retire, we're planning on moving to somewhere warm where we can scuba dive every day and enjoy the fishies and corals in the wild.

Do you throw things out of the c130 or just load/unload on the ground?

Recently had a c130 that rolled into a ditch.
Other than that, been replacing centre wing section on c130s.
We fly with, to include throwing things from people to trucks to boats.
I think the military is the only place loadmasters actually go with the plane

I love how the reefing community has representation from pretty much every job sector and demographic... very cool how bringing nature into your home also exposes you to see many different kinds of people

This is the kind of damage I specialize in repairing

When the guys with Ray bans and large watches make a mistake they call me in to help...

These are all damages I've personally worked on and not just photos I've found on the web.

LOL,hey, go easy on us pilots. Do you know how heavy those watches are!?

Those are some awesome pics. I'm very glad to say I'm not the cause of any of them. That right there is an airline captains worst nightmare!
