If you dont have a regular trap Ive had great luck using a 2 liter bottle trap. It's caught many a wrasse for me. Never tried to get the Damsels with it but they weren't the target at that time.

I do!!!! :D

But if I ever start a 2nd tank it will be wrasse/anthias dominant.

Have I got some pictures for you...

12+" blue hippo, it's got swimming room... well some. It's in a 8'x4'x1' frag tank, well one of them, they have two. There is room for it to swim around the frags, but I likes to hang out under the racks.

Last year this lieutenant tang was a tiny guy... clownfish sized. Now he's about 6" and fat. You can see how thick he is in the second photo... there are a lot more tangs in here as well.

We also saw our dream tank at the LFS... well, next door. You see, there is this little Italian company that makes beautiful aquariums. My LFS (like I own them or something) is bringing them to America, the Elos store in America is right next to the LFS. They are going to most likely start building the tanks in Columbia, SC. That company is called Elos, and the tank we want is the Diamond 120XL. It's a four foot 127g display(the picture says 90, that's for the normal 120 not the 120XL all the other measurements are the same) that is 31.5" deep. No not deep that way, deep from the wall. It's absolutely beautiful, and expensive...

I'll be on the street corner with a goldfish bowl taking up donations.

Yea, I was talking about upgrading tanks to the owner... maybe getting a SCA 120, and he told me to talk with him next year when I'm ready and see what kind of price we can get on one of those Elos tanks. Of course he's wanting to make a sale, but maybe he can get me a nice deal too.

I saw several right out of the crates, they are built like brick s%$= houses. Double pane bottom glass, flawless seams. The glass is some of the clearest I've ever seen. It's some kind of sapphire crystal... all the scratch resistance of high iron glass, but with the clarity of acrylic.

I just gotta start saving every penny I have. List price for the 120XL with cabinet is $5000.

Blotched are so pretty. The Pseudanthias squamipinnis, lyretail and the pictilis are my other favorites.

Well, why not just go for the 200xl then so you can keep that big tang! Not that much more in price I bet.

Welcome to my living room, well, part of it. This is the home for the fish tank. Anywhere else requires complete the rearranging of the entire room, and there are not many places I can put my 65" TV. Above the fireplace isn't an option, well it could be an option... I'm not sure how much wall is there before the chimney... altho that would open up a 7' wall for placing a tank in front of. From the entrance to the dining room, to the fireplace is about 62". Unfortunately, I can't get rid of the fireplace either, as I could put however big a tank I wanted on that wall.

So, 4' tank it is. Show me a flasher or fairy wrasse and anthias that cannot fit in a 4' 127g tank. ;)
