I only drink Oat milk in cold brew and that's a once-a-month occasion typically. Black coffee is how I start (and usually end) my day with several variations throughout the day.

Okay, Team Styx, it's been a long f'n day. I still have some some more cable management to do, and a whole lot of coding on the Apex. That will need to wait until tomorrow though. For now, here's what it looks like so far. Pardon the mess:

Thank you! I still have some more fiddling around to do and like I said, a lot of code to write / update for the Apex. Overall though, I'm really happy with it. I'm gonna do a full write up / article on it, to include lessons learned; of which, there were many. Hahaha
