...and for the deluxe model with foam grip:
Note that, when making this, you will have to cut the inside of the scooper handle to allow the dowel to fit. You'll see what I mean when you have the components in front of you.
Lessons learned, post construction:
1) Use weld on or loctite instead of gorilla glue clear grip. Tape it tightly during cure time (remove tape later, duh)
2) Cut notches into both the scooper and dowel and reinforce with zip ties
60% of the time, it works every time!
