If I had to guess I'd say maybe more a nutrient issue rather than flow. I have 4 mp40s in the tank and the two rfg... my sump grew algea like crazy so it sucks up nutrients. Have hair algea, bubble, mangrove and cheato going out of control.

Bummer. I have been trying to get rid of some GHA and raise phosphate for a while.

SBB Goldilocks and SBB black panther under whites. The black panther is 2 giant heads, goldilocks is bassically 6 but just a continual channel of splitting heads. The amount of flesh on those two is gnarly. I lost alot of color. The sticks and racks are really making limited real estate down low.

My HG did this, i dipped in cipro and amox and saved it. Everytime i make an adjustment to flow, even minor, my torches look BAD. The cipro/amox didnt save a random b tier indo, but so far its been at least 3 months or more. Only torch in my system i ever saw make it past the brown/bursted tip crap.

Only SBB torch i've lost was a hellfire.
