First suggestion should be look for what might have caused it or is it a testing error. For testing I use three different test. Trident, Hanna and Salifert. Trident is usually a bit erratic so if it swings I’ll check the others. If all three show a change, the first thing I check in new saltwater mix for my auto water change. RC tend to not be consistent. As far as bringing it back down, I’ll go slow by reducing my dosing amount. I’m not looking to reduce it quickly, just maybe 0.2 per day so I don’t shock anything. Most times I’ve found it’s just testing error. How do you guys decrease your alk? Mine was 9 and steadily climbed to 11
he always keeps a rapier with him
Don't use red sea for alk. Almost crashed. Thought I was at 8 but was at 11 dkh @jpshoemaker46First suggestion should be look for what might have caused it or is it a testing error.
