I decided I’m going to take over the kids downstairs playroom and turn it into my fish room. The tank is set up and I will fill it tomorrow. I’ve got live rock coming from Marco, KP and TBSalt over the next 3 weeks. I’ll let it run with that rock until I get back from a photo assignment end of September then start transferring everything over after that.

I haven't ventured there, well a couple times, if I spend too long I know I'll want another wrasse, or two, or three...

I know what you mean. On the plus side I can only really put one in the current tank 20 gallon aio and only because I know an upgrade is coming. I love that they swim all around and come to visit when you hang around the tank

Yup, most don't get very large but they have big personalities. Constantly patrolling but it never fails, I see them swimming on the side of tank looking at me begging for shrimp when I walk by.

How large of a tank are you upgrading to?

I’ve got a 150 that will be going in my oldest kids room when he moves out for college next year. My build thread has the details of what’s happened so far and gets updated when I do anything or pick up a new piece of equipment. I have the tank, sump, skimmer and return pump. Needs a stand and to redo the plumbing but overall it could probably get finished in a weekend whenever I get the space.

Yep I have a planned fish list and I have 25lbs of flat cut shelf rock that just arrived. I want to order some of the Aussie live rock but I’ll probably end up getting dry “branch” and cooking it with some snacklerock.

20# overnight from Gulf live rock for $224.

They do not pack in water though, just wet towels. I don't think it makes a very big difference honestly. Mine was delayed and there wasn't much die off. Smelled fresh.
