How do you keep track of every 2,000 weeks

I let mine split naturally cyclopese cubed mysis weekly. Cubesb are smaller mysis. And a mix what's pictured together for concoction. I mix all together . Half reef roids about a 1/2 tbs per day. Into 120 gallon mixed acro and mushroom. Some lps.

All products I don’t have lol but I think I can make a similar functioning as concoction out of
