Moving to Redding isnt going to help that, San Luis Obispo, pismo beach, half moon bay, Monterey. All have built in air conditioning all summer (the fog)

Not sure anywhere in california is affordable anymore. Every time we are in Newport my wife tries to convince me that we should move back down there. I start talking to friends who are agents down there and I just can't wrap my head around home pricing compared to when we left 10 years ago.

I've had mixed success with blastos, not sure why. My Acans are doing great though.
