Great. any pics. I find little babies all the time
This actually a rainbow, black widow behind it and barely visible the other rainbow in the hole starting a walkabout . There’s another small widow hanging in a cave that gets a little light as well. Crappy pic. Took with iPad for the last

@AKL1950 update. SPS is still in bad shape. RTN has mostly turned to STN expecting 100% acro loss. The mango tango (i think) in the back is hard AF just fending off whatever attack. Impervious to the disease.

Still dosing 1 500mg amox/day. Params in tank seem stable. LPS dont seem bothered. Rainbow monti started chucking flesh.

Keep fighting. That Mango tango is the only thing left from my bad husbandry and Bumblebee!

I got a bumblebee last sale. Turning geen. I dont knownwhy i have issues with pink and yellow. I recently changed my spectrum to more UV and added 50% more lime, amber, and cool white. Going to see if theres a noticeable change in color.

Im wondering if the added UVA is impacting coloration. Sent an ATI off yesterday. At a loss. Feel like all my SPS is blue/purple/red/green.

Yep it's green bro. I think once it grows out it turns that brown. See it somewhat but still waiting. Higher light probably is the answer.

@stewy14 this is what we’re all talking about . The pics I’ve been posting, some of those corals come from 3ish years ago when I was just starting out, like the Duncan and that brown/pink Goni . That’s not just surviving, it’s thriving.

So, what’s your best guess on what hit the tank? I did talk to my neighbor who was helping watch the tank. Said he did stick his hand in the tank going after the algae clip he dropped. This was right after he was at water volleyball. Has suntan lotion on and whatever was in the pool and still on his skin. This all started the day after I got back from the road trip. Our pools here are saltwater pools.

It takes 3 months just to know if you can actually keep it. Sometimes a piece will go up months later and theres not even anything wrong with the tank. Point being theres no way to tell what you can or cant keep yet. You got a lot to learn before you can comfortably state that. Good in you for staying after it but too many assumptions this early on.
Let's be real...I'm still surprised every day when I don't see something dead in my tank. So dry rock...less than a year...it's a crap shoot. I would really say less than 2 years or so with dry

To me its some form of disease specific to SPS. The LPS are fine. It moved way too fast and did too much damage within hours. Im going to put a healthy frag in tmrw and see what happens to it. I may do an aquabiomics test if the healthy frag melts, as i need to treat the tank so i can eventually put frags in it lol. I havent done much inspection for pests at this point because theres no way a pest could do this wide spread of damage this fast.
