you're not using ESV?
Not anymore. BRS doesn’t sell it anymore (I know others do) and I had been using RedSea ever since I won the Red Sea package from TSA. But this gives me what seems a pretty good price margin, and I already use AquaForest salt. Sooo…

Howd you make out on remediating the LPS tank?
Poorly. 100% loss of torches, 90% loss of hammers, 100% loss of acanthophyllia and cyranaria, 60% loss of acans. Only thing holding on is trachyphyllia, lobo and blastos.

Still have large cell amphodinium dinos and am working out the tin issues with water changes, cuprisorb and metlzorb. The water changes are counter productive to beating dinos but need to get the tin out.

Will probably move all survivors to main rank shortly.

Did you ever find the source? Im sorry to hear that. I found cuprisorb did nothing material to my tin levels. I did the math estimating where my tin should be based on WC i did and it came out exactly where that math indicated, which led me to believe cuprisorb had no material impact.

Unfortunately no, couldn't find a source. No rust anywhere, no bad heater, no PVC. I suspect maybe an aquarium decoration that we got on Amazon but cannot confirm. This has been pulled.

I didn't think the cuprisorb would do much but figured I would try it all.

Next step is another ICP test.
